Returns and Exchange policy

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered ( for e.g. product doesn't match the item in the order confirmation or has a genuine quality / manufacturing defect ), then we are open to re-fulfilling your order or extending refunds proportionately at the discretion of the Management.

  1. If you happen to receive defective or damaged product(s), notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods along with the pictures. The customer is requested to contact us at customer care at ( +91 1149536395 / 9999891347 ) or email us at customerservice@joeshu.com.
  2. All returned / exchanged items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  3. The defective / damaged item sent for replacement must be received within 10 days of delivery to claim the replacement.
  4. Postage and charges for returns will be borne by the customer.
  5. All exchange requests will be processed once the return shipment is received at our warehouse.
  6. In case the quality check at the warehouse results, that there is no material manufacturing defect in the product, then the product shall be returned back to the customer.
  7. Return / Exchange of the merchandise bought online cannot be made to the physical store(s) and must necessarily be dispatched to the warehouse.
  8. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packed so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
  9. Please note that in any case, we cannot offer exchanges/ returns on any used products.
  10. Items on sale pertaining to 30% off or from the clearance sale section cannot be either exchanged or returned.
  11. A maximum of 1 exchange will be allowed per transaction. No further exchange / return request will be accepted after the first exchange.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order until it has been packed at our warehouse by emailing us at customerservice@joeshu.com. Any amount paid will be credited via the same payment mode through which the payment was made.
