2. Please ensure that all exchanged items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Do ensure that the tags are not misplaced. The original sales receipt must accompany your return.

3. The defective / damaged item sent for replacement should be returned within 10 days of date of delivery to claim replacement.

4. JOE SHU will arrange for the pick up of your return through its designated logistics partner once you have logged your return request with us.

5. All exchange requests will be processed once the return shipment is received at our warehouse.

6. We don’t discriminate ! JOE SHU accepts exchange for all products, Fresh and Discounted provided the products are not in a used condition and are returned within 10 days of delivery.
